Seoro Gidem Privacy Policy
Daisuyou ("we") runs "Seoro Gidem" (the "Service"), a walkie-talkie app for groups of friends and family. This policy explains how we handle your personal information under Korea's Personal Information Protection Act.
1. What we collect and why

- Voices and face stickers are used only for talking and display — never for biometric identification.
- The microphone is used only while you hold the record or talk button. While the walkie is "On", the app only listens (a notification is shown).
- Settings such as sound level, On/Quiet/Off, light/dark and fonts are stored only on your phone.
- There is no feature that sends your exact location to us. (If we add one, we will follow the law and ask for separate consent first.)
2. How long we keep it
- Recordings, photos, photo replies and notes are never deleted automatically. They stay in the room until you delete them. Each room has a size limit (500MB by default, larger with a subscription); when it is full, new items can't be added.
- You can delete your own recordings, photos, photo replies and notes for everyone at any time. They disappear right away, and the files and backup copies are removed after 7 days.
- Backups: so your records are not lost if something goes wrong, we copy voice and photo files and database contents every day to servers of another company (Backblaze, Inc.). Database copies are deleted after 90 days.
- Empty rooms (everyone left) and their records are deleted after 1 year.
- Leaving the Service: you leave all your rooms immediately and your notification tokens are deleted. After 3 months, your face sticker, emoji, block list and private packing items are deleted, and so is your sign-in account (email). If you still use our other app "Gidem" with the same account, the sign-in account is deleted when you leave that app too. Recordings and photos you left are also the room's records, so they stay in the room; you can delete them yourself before leaving.
- Information we must keep by law (e-commerce and payment records 5 years, complaint and dispute records 3 years, access logs 3 months) is kept separately for that period.
- If we ever end the Service: we will tell you at least 90 days ahead, let you export your records for free during that time, then delete everything except what the law requires us to keep.
- Disposal: electronic files are deleted in a way that cannot be recovered.
3. Sharing
We do not provide your information to third parties. People in the same room can see that room's voice notes, photos, names, face stickers and outings. Google AdMob, which shows ads, collects ad-related information on its own as described in section 6.

Transferred whenever you use the Service, over encrypted connections (HTTPS/WSS), for the purposes and periods above. If you don't want this, don't sign up or delete your account.
5. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or stop processing your information at any time. In the app you can leave rooms, delete your recordings, photos, photo replies and notes, remove your face sticker, change your name, log out, and delete your account.
- How to delete your account and data: in the app, open the room list, tap your face (top right) → My account → Delete account. Three months later your account, face sticker and other data are deleted as described in section 2 (logging in again before then cancels it). When you delete your account you can also choose "Also delete my walkie talk for everyone" to delete the recordings and photo replies you left.
- If you cannot use the app, email gmuamake@gmail.com with your account email and we will handle your request without delay.
6. Cookies and ads
The app does not use cookies. Free users see Google AdMob ads at the bottom of the room list. AdMob collects the advertising ID, approximate location, ad usage and device/error information to show ads and measure results. In the EEA, the UK and similar regions a consent screen appears first. Room owners with Premium see no ads. You can reset your advertising ID or turn off personalized ads in your phone's settings (Google > Ads).
7. Notifications
New talk alerts and the "walkie on" notification are service notices; turn them off in the app (On/Quiet/Off) or phone settings. We don't send promotional notifications without separate consent.
8. Children
The Service is not for children under 14.
9. Security
Only members of a room can access its data (row-level security), and only signed-in members can join its live walkie. Reporting, blocking and removal by the owner are available, and reports are reviewed. Connections are encrypted, secret keys stay on the server, and sign-in data on your phone is encrypted with the device keystore.

We'll announce changes in the app at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days if unfavorable to you).
